From the North:

Route I-95/128 South – Take Exit 17/Route 135 (The sign will say Needham/Natick)

At the bottom of the exit turn right onto Route 135, you will see signs to Dedham.

Go through 3 traffic signals, a total of 2.4 miles, (the first signal does not come up for 1.7 miles, the second signal is at Court Street). Norfolk County Registry is on the left and Superior Court is on the right.

At the 3rd light turn left onto Washington Street (you will know it is Washington Street by the large planter around the base of the light which is in the middle of the intersection). About 200 yards on the left is the Sovereign Bank, #339 Washington Street. The office is located on the second floor of the Sovereign Bank Building, Suite 202. Parking is available in the Bank lot. Use the Washington Street entrance to the second floor.

From the South:

Route I-95/128 North – Take Exit 15A that says to “Dedham Route 1A”.

At the end of the ramp merge onto Route 1 North and quickly get into the left hand lane. Turn left at the first light. The Showcase Theaters are on your right and Joe’s American Bar & Grill is on your left.

At the next light bear right onto Washington Street which is Route 1A. Follow Washington Street to Dedham Square. Continue straight through the traffic signal in the middle of the intersection. About 200 yards on the left is the Sovereign Bank, #339 Washington Street. The office is located on the second floor of the Sovereign Bank Building, Suite 202. Parking is available in the Bank lot. Use the Washington Street entrance to the second floor.

From Boston, Back Bay, Downtown:

Take the Mass Pike I-90 West to I-95/128 South and follow directions to From the South.

From Boston, South Station, Quincy:

Take the Southeast Expressway, I-93, South to I-95/128 North and follow directions to From the South.
